With over 30 years’ experience in Town Centre retail and leisure real estate, John Brady, a Fellow of the R.I.C.S. has in-depth knowledge of the North West market. John has advised on numerous shopping centre reconfigurations including the introduction of a new Next Department Store into St. Nicholas Arcades, Lancaster and Marks & Spencer Food Hall into The Forge Shopping Centre, Stockton Heath, Warrington. John has advised on the reinvention of K-Village, Kendal with the replacement of the retail mall with a new Travelodge, together with new offices and restaurants.
John also advises numerous Councils, including Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council on the redevelopment of the Cathedral Quarter, Blackburn now home to a Premier Inn and Grade A offices. John is currently advising Burnley Borough Council on Pioneer Place, a new cinema led Town Centre leisure scheme. Also, Preston City Council on ‘Animate’, the new cinema and bowl leisure scheme with restaurants and bars to be constructed adjacent to the Victorian Market within the Harris Quarter Cultural Hub.
