Bradys have let 22/24 Moor Street, Ormskirk, to Loungers on behalf of a private Landlord. 

 

The newly converted bar/restaurant, which trades as Nordico Lounge, comprises 2,200 sq.ft. (204 sq.m.) to both ground and first floors, has been taken on a new 15 year lease, subject to 5 year rent reviews at £57,500 per annum.
